I come from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. Before I moved to Oregon this was the view that I had coming home every night. I lived a block away from Okanagan Lake, the hills were golden (it is a semi desert area) and the lake is huge (80 miles long but only about 2 miles wide). Pretty nice
